Crazy Charlie follows a simple game plan: our titular hero breaks out of the asylum, gets involved in a ordinary, everyday activity such as a friendly game of football or a trip to the beach, but the situation quickly sours and Charlie ultimately finds himself back at the asylum vowing never to leave again. And bonus! We have the complete run of the title from August 9 to December 13, 1903 (as far as I can tell it did not run in this particular paper August 30, and I haven't found it elsewhere, so worst case scenario we have the full run minus one).
